You can track the status of any domains you are transferring to wrcdomains by logging in to your Domain Account and using the 'Registrar Transfer Status' option, found under the 'Other Tools' heading.

Each domain will have a Transfer Status, which shows which stage in the transfer process the domain is at. Transfer Status can be one of the following:

SUBMITTED: Domains in this state have been submitted for processing. Nothing has been done yet with these domains.

ADMINEMAILFAIL: Our system was unable to retrieve the administrative contact's email address to notify them and confirm transfer of your domain. Please go to this link to find out what the next step is to continue the transfer Help

HAVEADMINEMAIL: Our system was able to retrieve the administrative contact's email address. An email was sent to the administrative contact asking for confirmation.

ADMINEMAILED: Administrative Contact has been emailed.

ADMINCONFIRM: Administrative Contact has confirmed transfer of domain.

REGREQFAIL: Our system was unable to request domain transfer from the appropriate registry.

REGREQSUCCESS: Our system successfully requested transfer of domain. Our systems must now wait for the registry to approve the transfer of the domain.

HAVEDOMAIN: Domain has been transferred. System will process payment information soon.

PAYMENTFAIL: Payment method failed for domain. Please update your credit card information FIRST and click 'Resubmit' next to domain. You may contact customer support.

BILLED: Domain has been billed and will be placed in your account shortly.

DONE: Domain Transfer has finished for this domain.

As you can see, your credit card will only be charged in the event that your transfer is completed successfully.

Note: Domain transfers are handled by the receiving registrar, so to check the status of a domain transfer away from wrcdomains you will need to contact your new registrar. We can only assist with transfers in.
