Check your Junk Mail folder (if any) for the mail, or turn off your Junk Mail filter and try again. Our system will return the reminder email almost immediately, so you should not need to leave it off for long. If the email still does not come through, this is usually because the Account Owner email address is no longer correct. In these circumstances we will require proof of ownership before we can provide you with access to your account. This is to prevent unauthorised persons from making changes to, or even stealing, your domain.

Please fax us a SIGNED password request letter including your domain name and an Email address to which you would like the Account Information to be sent.

Please also include:

a) photo identification for the owner of the domain

PLUS, if the domain is owned by a business, at least ONE of the items below:

b) signed request letter to be on company letterhead and notarised
c) a copy of your company’s business license or articles of incorporation
