Some mail systems, such as hotmail, treat our automated password reminder email as Junk Mail.
Check your Junk Mail folder (if any) for the mail, or turn off your Junk Mail filter and try again. Our system will return the reminder email almost immediately, so you should not need to leave it off for long. If you suspect that your spam filter might be blocking the email, please add our email address to your accept list: support AT wrcdomains DOT com
If the email still does not come through, this is usually because the Account Owner email address is no longer correct. In these circumstances we will require proof of ownership before we can provide you with access to your account. This is to prevent unauthorised persons from making changes to, or even stealing, your domain.
Please fax us a SIGNED password request letter including your domain name and an Email address to which you would like the Account Information to be sent.
Please also include:
a) photo identification for the owner of the domain
PLUS, if the domain is owned by a business, at least ONE of the items below:
b) signed request letter to be on company letterhead and notarised
c) a copy of your company’s business license or articles of incorporation

Note: We strongly recommend that once you have regained access to your Domain Account that you set a "Secret Question" for your account. This acts as a convenient "second password" allowing you to regain access to your account even if the email contact details have changed.
